Hi! I’ve been offered a pharmacist position with CVS long term care Omincare in south Florida, but full time is only 30h/week with rotating shifts between 8am - 12am…
Any advice from someone who had already worked or has experience with this specific company?

Never trust the management(HR) or your colleagues. “Keep your friends close; keep your enemies closer.” Especially with techs, I would keep a distance with them and don’t share about your wealth & vacations with them.

CVS LTC will not care about you and will let you down. They will do what they can to keep you from the 40 hours even if they claim they won’t. They do not care about employees at all and there is no work life balance. If you need the job I’d recommend if you take it to keep looking. Good luck!

You can likely pick up shifts to get to 40+. I don't have experience with Omnicare, but I work for pharmerica..same realm.

What area of pharmacy are you coming from? LTC is not bad compared to retail, but the hours get to people. Plus you'll have to rotate being on call. Worth it to me though.

CVS doesn’t consider Omnicare to be of much value. Move on.

Hi everyone!

I've been offered a job at
Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.

I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.

All for the role of front-end web developer.

I'm very confused between all of them.

Does sapient cuts salary if you are on bench if yes then after how many months?

Hi all!

I'm a UK pharmacist hoping to qualify and work in the US. Is it still worth doing or any tips in general? I've read on Reddit there's a surplus of Pharmacists in the US. What are your views on that?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, not many of my colleagues are willing to share their pay. If anybody here can give some information it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Oof. True or not true? I don't know if I would still make the same choice if I knew how things were going to end up. I tend to be on the "PBM's ruined pharmacy" brigade. If you knew then what you know now, would you still go to pharmacy school?

Do you think it is time to find another job when your PIC is a micro manager, never trained you when you got hired, expects you to know things no one ever told you about in the first place, texts and calls you in the morning with questions you don’t have an answer to (I work evening shift so I’m mostly sleep when he reaches out), assumes the worst about everything, plots against you anyway, lies all the time, they don’t even do their job, they leave their trash behind etc. gives me anxiety.
