I work in a state where abortion was previously banned and is now still pretty heavily restricted. Do you think it is time to find another job when your PIC is a micro manager, never trained you when you got hired, expects you to know things no one ever told you about in the first place, texts and calls you in the morning with questions you don’t have an answer to (I work evening shift so I’m mostly sleep when he reaches out), assumes the worst about everything, plots against you anyway, lies all the time, they don’t even do their job, they leave their trash behind etc. gives me anxiety.

I'm a relatively new pharmacist and it's hard seeing so much negative feedback about this career path. Does anyone here have sage words of wisdom or actually genuinely enjoy what they do anymore?
