I've cleared LTM's L1,L2 as well as HR f2f. It's been a week, I haven't received the offer yet. HR is telling that he is yet to receive the band and package approval. Is this normal?

Does anyone ever feel morally or ethically conflicted working in this space? Serious question.

SIL and BIL told us excitedly last weekend that she was pregnant (had literally just found out, so barely four weeks). This week she tells us she’s not pregnant anymore :(. They did not seem super torn up about it and were very practical about it. We said how sorry we were, etc etc. should I do anything else? Should I not mention it again unless they do?

Really trying not to spiral, and my practice group leader has been openly hostile to and dismissive of me lately. I haven’t mentioned my depression/anxiety to him because we’re not exactly getting along swimmingly, but I don’t know who else to talk to about my MH. Fighting with my wife hasn’t helped either. Really not sure how to handle it aside from counseling but that isn’t getting me anywhere fast. Thoughts?

In an auto accident trial, can you inform the jury in any way that the at-fault driver had insurance? HR called and informed that i have L2 round.. what they will ask in L2 round.. how to clear L2 round.. in first round they asked full basic concepts and configuration and now don't know what is the expectations in L2 round... Can anyone tell me what is the expectations and how to clear it...
