Phone addiction. I truly feel like I have one now and I hate it. Is anyone feeling the same or possibly improved your phone addition? I am constantly on my phone and my usage is averaging 5.5 hours per day. I wake up to my phone and it's the last thing I see before bed. On it between meetings and any moment that I don't have to be focused. I will say that my phone doesn't get touched when I'm with people. Almost at all. It is a cycle of insta, snap, and FB. With LinkedIn and this in between.

How do you casually date? Recently moved to a new city I didn’t know anyone in, met 2 girls I like and have gone on a few dates with but not sure I like them enough yet to like commit. I am a senior making 105 base with 6% bonus and about 15k RSUs but I see seniors in other analysis based orgs such as go to market, sales ops, corp dev making 150k base salary + benefits.
