Hi, My exp is 5 years now and I gave interview with accenture at 4.9 years of exp.
Accenture offered me 13.24 fixed+21% variable pay= 16L CTC+ 3.3L joining bonus.
TCS offered me 16L CTC ( Including 50k RI) + 2.5 joining bonus.
And I know which project I am going into in TCS, and don’t have any idea of what project I will be into in Accenture. I am SAP HCM/SuccessFactors profile. Please suggest which to choose

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself). I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
