ASUS zenbook! I got mine right before I started college for around $700. Lightweight (around 3 lbs) and it’s still working today (5 years)
Thanks and can it play light games like league and fortnite?
MacBook. He’ll love studying.
My last few we're zenbooks as well! They're lightweight and you can buy ones with higher specs to play games on. I use an emulator on mine to play mobile games and it works fine for me. Costco has one right now for $1099 and it's pretty decked out if you want to go that route, should last several years for them--mine last 3-4 years on average but that is more because I want more space/better tech.
Thanks I'll check that out
Check out the Dell XPS line as well, they’re usually regarded as the top pcs. I used to go through laptops every two years, but I’ve had my latest XPS for 4.5 years now with no issues at all
Hope it’s great! I’ll check it out too for my next laptop 😊
Love my MS Surface 3. Outside your stated budget (probably) but it's fast, light and has an excellent battery life. Great little traveler.
