See a lot of people slamming their “big firm” experience and wanting to move on from it. I’ve got 2YOE but not at a big firm and can’t help feeing I’m missing out on something (name brand, skills, network etc). HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21. I am currently working in Deloitte India and completed 10months here but I wanted to shift from Deloitte India to Deloitte USI. I applied for a post in Deloitte USI careers. Its been a week, I didn't hear from them. Is it because I am trying for one of their firms?
