I have received full and final settlement. HR is directly denying to provide my relieving letter. She said it comes under abandonment. Please suggest. I am working mother so want work-life balance..having below offers..which is good ?

TCS :- 11 LPA
IBM :- 11.7 LPA
Xoriant :- 15 LPA (Fixed)
I have asked for TCS and IBM for revised offer letter as per xoriant.

TCS said it's not possible because at the time of HR discussion I don't have any counter offer.

If I will not join TCS then is there any problem occurs in future like they will block list my profile?
