Novartis for Consultant role - ctc - 24.2 + 70k joining bonus
And have another offer from Amazon for Program Manager fixed- 28 lac + 1 rsu (3.5 lac every year) + 1.5 relocation bonus.

Need some thoughts on which one to join.

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

I asked for 25 lpa to optum and they instantly accepted it as I had offer of 23 lpa in hand. Now I am feeling I quoted v less. Now can I do anything to get it revised ? Infosys is not providing me my relieving letter as I left the company during probation. I worked almost for 8 months, served my notice period, return the joining bonus. I have received full and final settlement. HR is directly denying to provide my relieving letter. She said it comes under abandonment. Please suggest. I have mailed multiple times but not getting any response.
