Need urgent advice regarding renting a flat in wagholi.
I have paid broker 5k as a token for booking a 2bhk flat because date for possesion is 10 days after so he will not book that for other.
But catch here is owner of the flat live in mubai as per him although i have visited the flat i want.
Now for Flat agreement broker said you need to pay deposite when doing agreement before.
But i'm little concered because i personally not meet the flat owner had a word with him in conf. Cal

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest
