like

No of course I’m not making my career decision based on $550

I recently got a Costco membership and they only take visa. I also happen to be joining JPM soon and was just wondering if there were better credit card benefits as an employee (Ie waived annual fees). But I guess not!

like

Nope. Other employee discounts but nothing on cards.

Could someone refer me at JPMC? I have the job ID with me. Your help is much appreciated

So wanna run something by you all. Looking at insurance plans. There are 4 plans that allow an HSA. 3 of the 4 are identical.
500 firm contribution to HSA = ~21/ pay period. Add that to lowest HSA premium plan. It still comes out lower than the out 3 plans. So what am I missing?

Do they have any extra benefits (apart from the CTC) in terms of wellness allowance, WFH set-up cost, wellness being offs or any coupons/goodies that you get.

Hello,
Need some advise
Last year due to covid got laid off and then didn't got any opportunity due to visa issues. Later myself and my family got covid positive and unfortunately my father expired due to covid.
So I have got gap of 1.3 years in my career.
Now I want to start giving interviews and get back in the game.
My concern is with 2 things here
1. I lack confidence/motivation due to the gap.
2. How do I address this gap in resume ?

Working at a boutique transactiona firm. First year did not receive much guidance and made a few errors, one of which could have been a deal but ended up being fine but overall I worked hard, billed hours above target and showed a willingness to learn. Three main partners in the group. I feel like I may have been written off by the one partner, still get a fair amount of work from another and the third has never really given work but has a rep for doing things alone or using seniors. Currently at a super conservative defense firm. I do really well but keep getting the criticism that I tend to just do things on my own initiative. I’m just predisposed to being decisive and rather autonomous. Besides being a solo atty, where would this skillset be better suited? Plaintiffs work?

Looking for feedback, I'm updating my resume and I'm wondering at what point should I start removing past work experience. I've heard anything older than 10 years should go?
