Hi. Recruiter reached out for L9 role with Scotiabank in Toronto. Title says Director. Base pay 195k + 20k cash bonus + 20% performance bonus. Always heard that Canadian banks are on a lower scale in terms of pay. Is this an achievable salary scale at Scotia or could there be any surprises later on during the process. Wanted to check before committing my time for the interviews. Thanks
