For example Last week got rejected from Goldamn Sachs 3rd round. The receuiter says I won't be able to interview here upto 6 months.

Now, should i apply to such organization or not?

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that they have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later?
