Recently gave Cognizant interview, cleared 2 rounds.
HR have asked for documents for verification, its been more than a week but no response yet.
When can expect any response regarding offer?

I recently received an opportunity from Google for a position of TAM and asked to schedule interviews. I got to speak with them and discuss about the role and then the HR linked myself with recruiter. But after a week, they did not scheduled any interviews and neither of them responding to my emails. Is the hiring at Google going freeze due to upcoming recession? If anybody else faced similar issues, please let me know. Also advise what should I do ?

Controversial question - what are some roles/functions to avoid at Google for ex-management consultants, in terms of potential under-utilization of skills and limited career progression? I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

I have cleared all 3-4 round of interviews in Apisero by 26 Dec. HR also taken all the documents like salary slips etc.

She said offer may take some time due to new year holidays. Now they are saying they have freezed all the new offers.

Is this correct? Apisero is not rolling out any new offers?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much?
