I have been working in Allstate since past 5 months but now my manager is saying that my performance is not up to the mark.They are planning to extend my probation period and even he also said he will put me in PIP assign some tasks and deadlines to it.
Just want to know how allstate India probation period policy @Allstate india.

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

$530k HHI, $250k cash on hand, $1.2M investments/retirement. Plan to buy $800-900k house as our first home, but thinking of the best approach given rates today.
