I need some advice regarding my current situation.

I joined Synechron about a month ago, and recently I received a call from PhonePe. My HR round has been scheduled.

I’m comfortable disclosing my current employment at Synechron. However, my main concern is my previous BPO employment. I had absconded from that company and therefore do not have a relieving letter.(40days job tenure)

If I proceed with the PhonePe opportunity and resign from Synechron, could my previous BPO employment

Finished first week on a big project that is highly regarded on the firm. The project rules are awful - we need to be onsite at 10am Monday’s and can’t leave until 6pm Friday’s...

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
