I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

In Coforge, they generally do not offer joining bonus, so your cctc to be considered will be 21.5 LPA.
You can ask for a valid 20-25 percent hike, which is 25-26.7 LPA.
Higher End:
If you try to ask for maximum, you can try asking for 30 percent which is about 28 LPA (HR can get approval depending on their budget).
Lower End:
While discussing also keep a lower limit in your mind, which is the lowest you can agree, generally you can keep it 15-20 percent which 23.6 LPA-24.7 LPA.
