Wipro hi team my base location is bangalore ec and i have got allocated to project on chennai(ODC).Now i have reached in bangalore and even-though i booked hot seat through myspace app i am not getting access to the same since i don't have odc hear. Actully my plan was to start work from office because of some reason ,So when Hr confirmed we can start work from office i just got accommodation support for two week as well in the campus.Now what should i do get a seat in My base location ?

I need your immediate help for Barclays, i am in the middle of the interview process for Barclays Pune/Mumbai, I have heard that they do check Credit Report for all roles as a part of their Pre employment screening (May be stage 1).
Is that correct?

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Did it happen with someone in the last quarter that although you got nominated by L1 for band progression but the promotion did not happen?
