My current CCTC is 32 LPA (fixed), and I have received an offer from Splunk/AppD with a CTC of 38 LPA (base) + 5.5 LPA (bonus) + $150,000 RSU 3 years. I'm unsure whether I should accept the offer, as I’m uncertain about the overall performance and stability of AppD/Splunk. Could anyone kindly advise whether I should accept the offer?
