Is it normal to feel numb around the holidays? I'm tired, dealing with seasonal affective disorder and a really tough caseload right now. Which organisation is better?

I feel like all of my friends who work in tech are very open about their starting salaries and the increases each year. I am going to work in public accounting and I feel like when I look up how much I will make after being promoted or early promoted it’s very cryptic. Can anyone tell me the standard salary % increase in PA after your first, second, third promotion?
