I am a full stack developer java, springboot, microservices, angular, oracle, inhouse cloud.
As a 602 with 12.6 YOE
Got 10 % mid year hike on a fine day unexpectedly which pushed my cctc to 29.2
We have 60k ceo bonus and 18% variable pay I am getting since last 4 years.
After checking lot of posts here it seems I am on low ctc here.
How much should I target next and which companies ?
JPMorgan Chase
1. Freshworks Inc -
Designation: Software Engineer
CTC: X LPA + 1 JB
WFO/ Hybrid
2. Nagarro -
Designation: Senior engineer
CTC: (X+3.5)LPA fixed +1LPA variable
WFH, is what they have mentioned in offer letter.
Which is better in terms of learning, wlb, tech stack, promotions, hikes and other perks?

Joining bonus is provided only in case the candidate is available to join soon (less than 2-3 weeks mostly)
OR
The candidate is a really good fit for the organisation but not happy with the CTC, so to satisfy the candidate - the organisation pay upfront some extra lakhs (2-3 lakhs approx) as part of Joining Bonus.
In your case, the only option that you have is - Look for better offers and go to Accenture only during last 7 days saying - Match this offer or I won't be able to join.
When you give HR less time to react, they will take your request seriously also cause there is not much time left for further negotiations or counter offer and you are a hot cake in the market - ready to join in next 7 days.
I did the same.
From 25 fixed (Accenture provided first offer so dropped papers) to 32 fixed.

Is it really in demand in current market?
Not alot until you have Ui path , I have Blue prism , So very less calls.
I am also certified Appian Developer now..will try there.
It's 21.5 fixed though
