I got offer from Genpact. The BGC team has closed the process and gave clearance for my onboarding. Even HR confirmed the same.

Just want to check whether Genpact has a history of revoking the offer at the last moment or they don't revoke the offer. If they revoke the offer at the last moment what are the reasons of it.

My BGC is cleared. Does this means there won't be any offer revoking?

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I have been applying internally for a year now and I am wondering if this is normal or if my company is just slow? Need some suggestions: My current company is on a layoff spree and 2 rounds are already done and I can foresee another round coming very soon.

While I am trying to switch to other companies, I’m not able to reveal the real reason from my side for the job change, as if I say, it’s because of layoff fears than it’ll reduce my negotiation power.
