Need advice for the query: I recently joined Cognizant on 8th December 2025 with designation as Associate Project. Now, I got offer from Genpact with Genpact offering 4 LPA more than what cognizant is offering.

Suggestion needed: Shall I stay in cognizant or try switching to Genpact?
Goal: To work on Good Gen AI and Data Science projects. Which company will have better Gen AI and Data Science projects and whose experience shown on resume will be better for further switch?
Exp: 3.9 years

How are the client and project interviews for SAP in Capgemini? Are those tough?

Hi Team,

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Can a lateral senior analyst get promoted to data scientist in the half yearly cycle if performance and feedback from client is good?

Looking to get the hell out of media and back to brand strat or work client side. Any advice on what to leverage and how to approach the move

I'm emotionally hit hard from my job, and would like someone to ground me a bit. I joined the new shop last month, with the team who we realized has zero pharma experience. We recently were put on a pitch because our client noticed this. Meanwhile my counterparts of this account has just won more budget, and openly recognized by our client leads. I really wanted to make a difference and step up as a leader, but I have been told there's nothing I should do by my boss. I feel like a failure..

I’ve been saving a lot of money, but I don’t have any friends out here in suburbia. I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.

My question is, is there any future prospects in SAP UI5 and Fiori? Since my background is in SAP, I assume it will make a domain switch easier.

2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house? Will this ruin my opportunities down the road?

Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do?
