I recently had secured an internship in Tech Mahindra for a decent stipend of 70K per month for duration of just 2 months.

What can be a full time CTC, and what are the chances that an Internship can be converted to PPO.
Or is this any cheap idea of cost cutting for the company people???

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent.
