I interviewed for the Product Analyst role on 24th April with the VP. How long should I wait to hear from the team? It will almost be a week now. I want to work for State street and been eagerly waiting for their response. I did not have any discussion about salary or they didn't inform me about the next steps and such. Does it mean I am disqualified?

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

Anybody have any feedback on what it's like working in product at Zillow? I see good reviews on sites, but interested in how the product organization is run.
