Hi Wiproites, I joined Wipro in mid-Dec and received my payslip for Dec month. But I couldn't find Wipro Benefits Plan component in the payslip (However, it's present in my offer letter & salary stack). Also, I checked my IT projection and even there I couldn't find WBP as a component under 'earnings'.
I am sure I am missing something here. Could any of you please help me understand it?

Deciding on a career path

My leads suggested SAC has comments option. However comments are not going to help users either. Because it will not show graphically which root causes contribute the most.

So my question is now, does SAC have an in built excel option which would allow users to enter root causes across materials and then SAC refresh this

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
