Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? I believe it is from the strategy and consulting wing of Accenture, and that's their pay range for level 9. Usually less product and very few service companies pay this much for regular ERP and kinds of roles (since I have a similar offer and not getting a better package than the ACN offer for my SAP skill)
Also as u r aware Accenture variable is 0-27% but typically 10-13% is what you get.
I heard wlb will be better than Deloitte in most projects in Accenture(but worst in few projects which is exceptional).
Accenture leaves policy is updated from this year
Where casual sick earned and 2 optional - altogether I believe 39 you will be entitled for.
Also people provide very good feedback about Strategy and consulting than ATCI and S&C has only level 9 and 7 (skipping 8) , as u have 9.5 years - soon u will be upline for level 7 promotion as well.

Given the offer, you can definitely switch since it is a good growth opportunity and strategy domain in Accenture is far better than ACTI and average annual hike should be good.

Go for it S&C is great to work for. If you apply yourself, do internal improvement like tool or asset or business building, it's a great place to work for.
Initially they will pay u high salary next appraisal cycle they will put u in PIP qiyhout any reason and no VP and no hike .... don't join accenture no job security
Go for it, bonus you will get only 2-3 lakh at max. If you are a learning machine then ACN is a great place to be . As far as PIP or sack is concerned that can happen anywhere or you can got k TCS/Infosys and work for peanuts. Mind you there too you won't have easy life, so better be at ACN and get a good salary , this salary can get you another hike some years later. Just ask how many 20 + years folks still get 32 + (3-4) in TCS or Infosys.
