Wanted a quick opinion if someone has faced a similar issue (for India offices) - I returned the ELRP amount and left ZS but my Financial year of receiving ELRP and financial year of returning ELRP are different. Has anyone been in this situation before and know how to tackle this in terms of filing returns and getting the tax paid on ELRP back ?

Does anyone know what this means?

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.

Any advice?
