I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark). I'm having a lot of trouble pinning my manager down for my annual review to even discuss my performance, let alone the raise. Feeling the undervalued (and now underpaid):

Do most people leave after making senior? Are there drawbacks to leaving before if you are making higher pay?

Can anyone help me i am have a different situation here i left the job based on a phone conversation with tech Mahindra since they are asking for an immediate joiner.
