Now I got another offer from Amazon itself as Sr. Product Compliance Associate with 4.9 LPA.
Its mentioned Non-Negotiable in the email.

However I want to negotiate for higher package.
Can I go for negotiation. If so, what package can I request for?

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.

I need your advice here, I have recently cleared the bloomreach interview and from very begining of the processes I have informed them about the offer I already had.
I have a offer of value : X amount base +50 k variable.

Even After sharing that offer breakup they have shared their offer as below:
Base : X - 4 + 5% variable and 6 L joining bonus.
I don't think it's right decision to accept this one as I already have an offer of X amount which is 4 L
