I have an offer from PWC - 34 fixed, 1.5 lakh joining bonus and genpact 36 fixed, 5.4 variable, 4 lakh joining bonus + 4 lakh deferred income plan.
I won't have to relocate for PWC, hence, inclined towrads PWC AC. Genpact needs relocation. What should i do? YOE : 8.5 years, Role: Tech Strategy.

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I have been offered a job at KPMG within cyber security in the uk. Originally it was a 25% hike offer. Now I have received a 8% hike at Deloitte as part of the current performance cycle along with a 5k bonus (great incentives every year) The only thing is KPMG is offering this in a @kpmg regional location where I’m based plus the disadvantage is I need to pay 2500£ for my dependent visa costs which I can save if I continued with Deloitte. Seen Lot of negative comments about KPMG. Any thoughts ?
