PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!

I'd also like to share.. you're a glorified fact checker. Do you think that salary is justified for a fact checker?
Personally I think it's a crap ton for an IA person, but I'm a TC person, also out of Atlanta (THWG). Regardless of that, honestly, you'd be starting right out of college with a 70k job. That's freaking huge compared to the national average.
Unreal. That’s more than when I was a senior.
I got 62K my first year, three years ago. That’s a great offer. What office?
As you’re considering offers, figure out what’s important in your career. Some people prefer long days and higher salaries where others prefer more balance. Also consider your career path and whether your potential companies meet that goal for you.
One thing that was important to me before switching to Pro was having mentors, changing up projects, and being able to work internationally. (Side note: I didn’t start my career with Protiviti but I’ve been here 5+ years)
Brand new out of college with basically no experience?? That’s a shit ton.
Hey! What is the office location for the offer?
Tbh starting at 80k at Protiviti in IAFA is a bit of a stretch. I think you can get that starting salary at another company, but not Protiviti. Feel free to DM if you want to chat more!
With individual bonus you will probably end up right about $80 + Protiviti has given additional random bonus based on company performance. $4k since January 2021.
This is a solid offer. What office?
That’s a great offer!
Is that random bonus pre or post tax?
The random bonus is pre tax. Personally I wouldn’t factor random bonus into your decisions too much. It’s great if Pro gives us one but not guaranteed. They’ve given 4 since 2021 but prior to that (2017-2020) there were no random surprise bonuses
And it is the Atlanta office!
I also was in IAFA
That’s a strong offer
Oh yes it is. Which Office Region did you receive an offer with?
Strong offer. Can you ask for a signing bonus to close the gap (and then some)?
