Hi—I received confirmation that my PWD is complete, however, received the notification that PERM process is still on hold. I max out in Dec 2025 and am getting nervous. I see in this bowl that there’s been a hold for over 6 months now, any idea on when this will be lifted?

Typically how long has it been taking people from PERM file to approval? How long has the I140 process been taking? Does Deloitte have any special programs to help colleagues that may max out before I140 filing?

Has anyone successfully interfiled from eb3 back to eb2 after a job change to get their i-485 approved and green card processed... this is related to movement of dates in Oct 2020 when many of us from India downgraded from eb2 to eb3 because of eb3 india dates moving faster than eb2 and now eb2 final action dates are becoming current?

I am about to accept an offer with Deloitte Digital. Curious to see what the timeline for H1B transfer looks like. Has anyone been thru it recently and can give me an estimate.

BAL is taking its own sweet time to file my H1B transfer. My LCA was approved on Dec 30. They have all the documents needed to file and give me an update every week saying they will be filing it shortly. Any of you folks experiencing the same ?

Anybody with approved H1B but not stamped due to no on-site opportunity? Any ideas what should be the next step ? Can I apply for deloitte US job directly? Or look for jobs outside using the same visa approval?
