I will be graduating with my BSN spring of 2027 and will be licensed to work as a PHN and SLN. When doing clinical rotations and speaking with employees of a few different hospitals they mentioned that the job market is getting competitive even for new grads. Has anyone noticed this? I am also wondering what starting pay usually looks like for new grads? Thanks <3

During work from office days, a representative from third party vendor organization used to visit the Gurgaon office during the Investment Proof Declaration days to help folks with "rent agreements, PAN number and rent slips" (ahem!! ahem!! IYKYK) and we were able to claim tax deductions.
