Well said! Precisely, it seems they are just planning to shut down their consulting services. KGS seems to be happy catering Audit/Tax clients. I don't know why they think that people with rating 3 or below or no promotion will only be the one's switching and not those with 1/2. They can't hide such kind of decisions beneath the "Market is Low" carpet. This is none less than an unethical practise being conducted by a so-called employees oriented company.
The last week of November is probably going to be a very difficult week for KGS consulting.

Relax guys!! All of this was just a new CSR initiative from KGS to motivate the employees to work hard and switch for better opportunities outside.

The message is that they are already paying better than the market standards. Even with low hikes, with current market conditions, people won’t find better offers outside
