How Akamai Technology provides fully remote jobs for all the locations and seems everybody at Akamai working remotely.
I'm surprised how they are allowing despite seeing industry standards basically Google, Amazon every tech leader are mandating work from the office.

1. Are they doing only to attract talent, later will change the policies?

2. Are they adopting new norm and will give benifits to eachother?

Do people know if the big 4 are all wfh and onboarding that way as well? Or have they started setting return to office dates?

Is anyone’s wfh office chair getting less “springy” over time? Mine just doesn’t have the same umph it had before, constantly lowering throughout the day.

How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc..
