How are people affording to be selective with offers in this market? I’m barely getting callbacks and meanwhile I see posts about people declining offers left and right because “the culture wasn’t quite right.” I’ve got rent due, loans, and nothing but rejection emails. Is playing hardball just a privilege for people with financial cushions or better networks? How do you know when to hold your ground vs just take what’s offered?
