How are people truly effective as an adjuster? I have over 5 years and I still struggle with past diaries. I feel like it's nearly impossible to be great at customer service, coverage investigations, and effectiveness. How do all of you rockstars do it consistently?

It is truly organizing your day. Do your diaries right away and then jump into fires. Please keep your inbox clear - when you handle an email delete it. Never try to work using ‘mark as unread’. I work from diaries, then emails, then new losses. Of course I do not clear every email, but by Friday I have only a few left.

Trying to open an account on TreasuryDirect to buy i bonds, and I am required to get an authorized certifying officer to sign a form to complete the process to open an account. Anyone know what that is? I went to my bank and asked, they don’t think they can sign it 🧐
