I always notice that I am starting to feel burned out when I am constantly on edge. I am not someone who snaps at people so when I start doing that, I know my job is taking a toll. My attitude is usually how I can tell I am burned out.

It’s when I start to feel so tired all the time even though I’m getting plenty of sleep!
I’ll be honest, there’s another side ones you’ve burnt through all that’s there. The crash is rageful and potentially an outpatient experience, but the solace that comes with realizing you can survive amongst the ashes is an interesting turn. It’s like that futurama episode where Fry drinks 100 cups of coffee. 99 and he’s jittery AF with baggy eyes and going insane, but after that 100th he’s ethereal moving through chaos like a time traveling demon.
