How common is it to make the move to Investment Banking as a senior associate around 25-27 years old?

I feel like most people that make the switch are associates moving over to analyst positions. Im wondering if I wanna fall back to the bottom of the totem pole

Hi my wife is looking to start her career after giving her CA final II group this month which she feels very positively will get cleared. She had an exemption and therefore need to clear only 3 subjects. I was hoping if someone would be able to refer her for international taxation roles. Any leads are appreciated.

Do i have to report unemployment to uscis through DSO for the 12 days i am not employed until i update them again for the new job in jan? I just did my six month validation last week. Thank you!

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?

Question about IEP goals if anyone can help. If a student has an OT goal (say being able to zip coat or put on shoes without assistance) and the IEP says person responsible is the OT, is that all on them? I understand I could also work on it too in class but when IEP comes, they are responsible for writing the IEP portion and talking about that? Same with speech and language provider?

Hi I have asked to be an advisor for a startup. Its in its very early stage pre pre-seed. Its looking like weekly strategy calls and possibly some executional work as well. Like building out a sales process and/or training sales and marketing team members (this might be 1-3hr a week of work).

Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.
