The UBS website tells you which tranche you are selling so you know the exact cost base of each one.
I think the costs listed are after the discount (which you have already been taxed on) so you need to add 15% of the cost back on then measure the gain from that level.
Then remember you have a tax free allowance before CGT applies and then you apply the rate based on whether you are a higher rate payer or not (you probably are). Use the FX rate from the day you sold them and converted to £, not the date you bought them.

The money takes a few days to come through. And remember, if you’ve made money then you’ve won. Don’t worry about whether you should wait a day or 2 or if you should have sold earlier. Take the money out and either spend it or put it in an ETF.
I did ESPP for 7 years before selling a single share and I had like 50% of my portfolio in just ACN! I now routinely sell to reduce exposure.

Unless you've made more than £3k profit (price paid as per broker website, price at point of sale) then you'll pay nothing. Given the share price has mostly stayed flat during that period you may not be making much "profit" and just enjoying the 15% discount which you've already paid tax on.
Unlikely it'll be 3k if so I can sell some next year as don't have an immediate need but want to rebalance portfolio as it's heavily ACN at the moment. Thank you
ehh actually the cost price you use is not of the tranche you sold. in the UK, there is a thing called section 104. Effectively all your shares get pooled and the base cost of a sale is the number of shares /total times average base cost. Bit more complicated than most assume.

How long does it take to sell ESPP?
