Today i called HR and they said manager has not provided any update on my application. Should i wait for the offer letter or look opportunity in another organisation? Deloitte Deloitte India

Advertising use to be my passion. Then it just became the chores I did to earn money for my more meaningful passions, like travel etc.
I would say separate identity from role: you are not your job and be honest about whether this is temporary or misaligned - is the idea: “This funds my next move” or "I just hate it here"
And lastely, and this is the most important imo, have another creative outlet where you can have that sense of ownership, push for quality etc. You can actually control it there, but not always at work

Oh man, having another creative outlet is so important. This is great advice
The first response said it all. Time to use that brain space to develop something on the side you’re excited about. My job is boring af, so I wrote a feature and got into a few notable film festivals (with high placements) last year. Start a business. Get a hobby. You’re more than your 9-5.
Oh yes, and while you are employed, enjoy the insurance, do that dental work, get that bunion surgery you’ve been putting off (note to self) and put your back into your personal creative. If you decide to take a big leap later, insurance might not be a part of the deal. So enjoy it while you have it.
