How do you deal with coworkers who like to throw people under the bus? One of my teammates does this all the time. They also make these subtle, passive-aggressive comments where the tone is just nasty. I usually end up speechless at the lack of professionalism, but it's gotten to the point where someone's going to lose it. Should I say something to them?

Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company.
