Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. I got invited to a second round interview with a big company. The title sounds more senior than my current title, but the work responsibilities feel like a step down. I am wondering if I should still interview (to see if they will consider me for my desired role instead or at least, get some interview practice for when a better opportunity comes along). Thoughts? Is it ok to reject the offer if they make one, on the grounds of the role not being a good fit for me.
