I relate to that. I have found that when I push managers to translate buzzwords into outcomes, the conversation shifts.
Most hiring managers just want the best possible candidate for their team, but they might not know what they exactly need. Recruiters can help with that by asking questions focusing more on understanding the team need. That will lead you to a better understanding of candidate required skills and experience to fill that need.
