How do you handle when your company doesn't appear to be futureproofing themselves? My company doesn't have AI functions or planning in our road map at all.

I find it concerning and the focus seems antiquated in their thought process. We actually have a niche opportunity to stake our claim in an area but the company seems to be old school and not engaging in conversations about this.
