How do you keep going when you’re tired and stuck? I’m actively job hunting and trying to pivot out of accounting, but the rejections and the silence are really starting to get to me. I feel like I’m doing everything right, but nothing’s clicking and every passing week makes me question myself more. I know I don’t want to stay where I am, but I’m running low on energy and hope.
