As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. I’m a male in my late 20s and am generally pretty healthy but responsiveness to mental health concerns is a big plus!

Is it just me or do people drive like maniacs in the Denver metro? Constant tailgating no matter what the speed limit or if there’s traffic or construction. I’m appalled by how dangerous some people here drive. Relax, getting there a few seconds faster isn’t worth anyone’s life. Aren’t y’all supposed to be too high to be driving like this anyway?
