How do you keep up on cleaning in your class? We have a list of things we clean each day of the week during nap and we all clean different classrooms or bathrooms depending on when we leave. How does your job handle this?

We have custodians who vacuum, mop, empty the trash, and clean the bathrooms nightly. My para and I wipe down tables and chairs, clean the sink, and sweep the floors every afternoon after dismissal. I wash the toys as needed if someone puts them in their mouth or seems sick when they play with them. I clean more deeply on Friday afternoons. It’s public school. I know that childcare centers have stricter protocols.

Yeah I think a big part of it here is that so many toys get put in kids mouths you have to constantly clean!

Hey fellow designers,

Is anyone else facing the brunt of working in a service based company and trying to move to a startup product company being dragged down by the 90 days notice period.

I have had a couple of interviews with good startup product companies where the main issue is my 90 days of notice period. Most startups simply run away at the mention of 90 days NP.

Even established product companies shy away at this. Has anyone recently switched despite this long a notice period?
