The team you manage isn’t supportive?
Find out why they aren’t supportive, and what they are looking for. Chances are it’s not a team full of people trying to sabotage you for fun. Lead your team.

So, first of all we need to know the situation.
Second - if you’re writing their reviews perhaps subtly remind them of that. Have one on ones to figure out if there is a cause or problem. If you can’t figure out why start documenting everything - every task you ask for needs to be in writing(optionally with read receipts). If it’s appropriate cc your boss(or theirs). If something starts slipping call them on it and use your emails as receipts. Depending on the person privately or selectively, and gently, in internal status calls.
