Sorry to hear you are having some challenges. The "fake it until you make it" saying only helps so much. Are these meetings on person or virtual? If in person, maybe just imagine something peaceful or nice, like a show you enjoy watching or playing a song in your head.
If virtual and if camera is not needed to be on, you can certainly have your camera off. Or if you can, put some nice music on your background and then listen to the music so it may calm you or excite you.
If you can afford to, maybe before meetings, do some breathing techniques to get yourself calm..or check out some Mel Robbins podcasts or the Happiness Project. If it's severe, maybe consider taking some time off and talk to a trusted professional. This might sound weird, sometimes talking with AI models help too.

I try to live in the moment and compartmentalize the rest until I’m ready to give it the time and space it deserves. Sometimes you just gotta go through it, “lion-hunting” style. Can’t go over it, can’t go under it, you gotta go through it. Go through it when someone isn’t paying you to “go through something else.”
I see. I just meant put it out of your mind. When you’re at work only think about work (or in the meeting). Set a timer. I won’t think about this for 65 minutes. Set a timer. That kind of thing. Just to get through the thing / moment you need to get through without losing your composure.

Distract your mind for the interim. Maybe Go for a walk before the meeting.
